Participant Conduct

All attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward speakers, sponsors, staff, and fellow participants.

Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

 

Liability

The event organizers are not responsible for:

• lost or stolen belongings
• travel disruptions
• accommodation issues
• delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, insurance, and personal belongings.
